Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and maintaining industry and product knowledge
  • Representing FasTrak in a professional manner to customers and prospects
  • Executing sales initiatives and strategies
  • Advancing opportunities through a defined sales process
  • Contacting customers and prospects by telephone and email
  • Asking questions to identify needs and qualify leads
  • Offering benefit-driven solutions based on needs
  • Documenting prospect information, conversation details, and outcomes
  • Scheduling followup activities with customers and prospects
  • Preparing proposals
  • Closing sales
  • Maintaining account relationships 

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years business development / sales experience
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Confidence
  • A desire to help others
  • Well-developed listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Openness to receiving frequent feedback
