Our client is a leading, EGY based Facilities Management Service Provider. They are currently seeking an Operations Manager to help manage the facilities management service delivery for their EGY based operation. The role will be Riyadh. Candidates should be experienced in managing a blue collar team delivering Hard and Soft Facilities Management services.
• Candidates should be familiar with performance based contracts, containing KPIs and SLAs and have the ability to manage and oversee both delivery and the P&L so operational experience and commercial acumen is essential.
• In addition to this, candidates should have a good network in EGY and be able to develop client relationships and business leads to help generate new business opportunities.
