What You’ll Be Doing

Our Junior Social Media Executive is responsible for creating and uploading all organic digital content across the Chinese social media accounts (Wechat, Red booklet, Douyin). He/She will manage the priorities and planning of the social strategy through a balanced view that considers both creative and business needs – ensuring the growth of our client community both in terms of reach and engagement, meeting business KPIs within budget and at scale, and giving visibility to key stakeholders across the team.

– Uploading and reporting on content on all Chinese Social Media channels (Wechat, Red booklet, Douyin)

– Copywriting, uploading and reporting for posts, stories, advertising and influencer campaigns and other provided content

– Face of content and host of Live shopping and across various channels

– Create engaging, creative, innovative content for social media channels in Chinese language

– Ensure all Chinese copywriting is in line with Brand’s tone and standards

– Community management following Chinese influencer strategy (answering DMs, comments and coordinating order process, status and refund etc.) to grow channels organically

– Ensure the on-time delivery of work and overall quality of execution in line with budgets, brand standards and permissions

– Track, monitor, and understand All Things China Social performance through insights and analytics

– Managing influencers seeding (in line with strategy set by the business) and grow Chinese database

– In close collaboration with the social team, lead and manage all pre-planning for shoots as well as overseeing all post-production, and driving branded content to completion towards the Chinese content priorities
