Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Influencer, PR and Community manager to join our perfume revolution, and engage our middle east community on Perfume creation. You’ll manage the planning and execution of our social media, influencer and PR campaigns. Ultimately, you will be able to increase our brand awareness and audience engagement thanks to relevant influencer recruitment and social media engaging campaigns. You should be a ‘people person’ with creative skills, and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community, our influencers, bloggers and journalists. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand in middle east, very closed to our founder and our distributor team.

You’ll have previous experience in social media and influencer marketing and be comfortable leading your own projects. If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude who knows the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking for. Interest and passion for perfume, luxury and beauty industry will be a plus!

What you’ll be doing

– Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with headquarter strategies: develop our monthly social media content calendar for middle east.

– Create engaging and viral content with our internal graphic designers and freelance videographers (text, images, infographics, videos, gif) for all our social media channels: Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube: you are able to create various content types with relevant tone and style, adhering to our brand respective style guides and enhancing our founder unique story.

– You will produce your own inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives

– You need to have a sense of curiosity to identify trending topics and images/ videos.

– You will conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.
